What we collect
Account data: your email address (for sign-in). Workspace data you enter:your clients’ names and contact details, projects, quotes, line items, terms, and the signatures captured when a client accepts a quote. Operational data: timestamps and IP addresses on quote views/responses (kept as an audit trail), and counts of emails sent.
How we use it
Solely to provide the CRM: storing your records, rendering and sending quotes, capturing client responses, producing invoices, and metering usage for billing. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (subscription billing and payments). Card details are handled by Stripe — we never store them.
Retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all workspace data at any time from Settings → Danger zone inside the app; this removes your records and your login.
Security
Data is isolated per workspace with row-level security; signatures and documents live in private storage served only via short-lived signed links.
